Responsibilities
Use evidence-based teaching strategies to enhance focus, comprehension, and retention for students with diverse learning styles
Communicate effectively with students to motivate and encourage active participation in lessons
Collaborate with parents, guardians,



and educational professionals to track progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes confidence, independence, and a love for learning
Utilize various instructional tools and accommodations to support students' unique learning requirements

Experience
Prior experience in tutoring or teaching children with ADHD, dyslexia, or other learning differences is highly preferred
Proven ability to develop creative solutions tailored to individual student needs
Experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings is a valuable asset
