Key Responsibilities
Identify and research new sales leads and opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key contacts
Understand customer application to provide technical guidance and value-added options
Coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
Track activities and meet/exceed monthly performance targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity in the CRM
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in metal distribution
Knowledge of hot rolled mild steel and specialty metals is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn recent tools.
Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
Excellent communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills
Ability to read structural drawings & generate material take-offs an asset

Salary: Base: $50,000 - $ 60,000 per year plus 20% KPI quarterly bonus
