Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations before service
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
Follow all food safety and health regulations
Assist with kitchen closing duties, including cleaning and prep for the next day
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Help with inventory rotation and storage procedures
Washing dishes
Requirements
Previous line cook experience preferred
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be willing and available to work:
