The successful applicant helps maintains a good standard of cleanliness in the public areas of the our condominium building. The building attendant contributes to the building's setting by performing the following duties:
Productive and courteous interactions with all residents and guests
Cleans Entranceways, Lobby and Resident Common Areas
Vacuum all floor hallways on a rotational bases
Remove scuff marks/ dirt from walls
Clean common washrooms
Clean elevators
Check meeting room for cleanliness
Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Team player.
Organized and detail oriented
Multi-tasking skills
Related Experience
Days/Hours: Tuesday/ Thursday mornings ( 4 hours per shift)
Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour dependent on experience
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
