Supervise and mentor lab technicians and technologists
Manage daily testing operations and sample workflows
Conduct various geotechnical materials testing
Maintain accurate documentation and sample logs
Train staff on safety protocols and testing procedures Requirements:
Completion of a recognized Technician program
Four years of experience in laboratory testing
Two years supervising laboratory staff required
Current CCIL/CSA certifications or eligibility
