Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and serving counters
Assist with food handling and food safety protocols to ensure quality standards are met
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
Support food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light menu items as needed

Skills




Latte art is a must
Proven record in a specialty coffee
Must know brewing methods and Calibration
Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with robust serving skills
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Candidates must attach their latte art pictures
