We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team. The Sheet Metal Mechanic will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all projects.

Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Utilize hand tools and machinery for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal components
Perform welding tasks as required for specific projects
Conduct restoration work on existing structures or systems involving sheet metal
Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing and carpentry to complete projects efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work setting

Skills




Proficient in the use of hand tools related to sheet metal work
Experience in construction practices and techniques
Knowledge of carpentry principles is a plus
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing joints and seams
Skills in restoration processes for existing installations
Competence in construction painting as needed for finishing touches
Basic plumbing knowledge is beneficial for integrated systems work
Welding skills are essential for joining metal components effectively
Experience with flooring installation and tile laying can enhance project versatility
