Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to provide excellent customer service. This role involves maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment, ensuring a secure and efficient environment for all.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including logic controllers and other automated systems.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Pool operations




Communicate effectively in English with team members and other departments regarding maintenance needs.

Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
Customer service skills to interact positively with staff and management.
Leadership experience is preferred for supervising maintenance personnel.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
