Job Summary

We are seeking reliable Production Associates for a temp-to-hire prospect in Mississauga, ON within a food and beverage production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on general labour experience in manufacturing who are comfortable working in a fast-paced facility and contributing to safe, productive production operations.

As a Production Associate, you will support packaging, palletizing, product transfer, equipment monitoring, and general production line activities. Training will be provided, making this a strong prospect for dependable candidates who want long-term stability, a clear path to permanent employment, and the chance to grow within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities




Operate and monitor automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, stack, and prepare finished products for movement.
Read production schedules, delivery instructions, and stacking patterns to ensure product is arranged correctly on pallets.
Clear equipment jams safely, report malfunctions to supervisors, and support smooth production flow.
Perform light packaging, product handling, and general labour tasks throughout the facility as required.
Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, floors, and tools according to GMP, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
Follow all health and safety procedures, including PPE requirements, WHMIS 2015, lockout procedures, and company safety policies.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $18.31 to $20.96 per hour.
