Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our energetic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality food items efficiently and safely. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing workstations
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to, minimizing waste and maintaining freshness




Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and uphold restaurant standards

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
Strong understanding of meal preparation and cooking methods
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
