Dolphin Cleaners is looking for a reliable and organized Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily store operations while assisting with customer service and production tasks.

Schedule
4 days on / 4 days off rotation
Weekday hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekend hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
A 5th half-day shift may be added to ensure full time hours.

Job Responsibilities
Front counter customer service
Answering phone calls and assisting customers
Sorting and organizing garments
Packing completed orders
Loading and operating washers and dryers
Folding and preparing linen orders
Assisting with daily store operations

Requirements
Strong organizational skills
Positive communication and customer service skills




Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
Ability to lift and move laundry bags when needed
Reliable and punctual

Pay Structure
$16.00/hour starting wage
$17.00/hour after 1–3 months
$18.00/hour after 6 months
$19.00/hour after 1 year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
