Job Summary

Duties
Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
Lead, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to foster a positive team environment
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Coordinate scheduling and assign tasks to team members based on occupancy levels and operational needs
Assist in training current staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations





Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within hotel or hospitality settings
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and best practices in hospitality environments
Excellent attention to detail to uphold cleanliness standards across all areas
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Good communication skills for transparent instructions and guest interactions
Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends, and holidays as needed
Exeperience working in a hotel is an asset

Pay: $24.00 per hour
