We're a craft cocktail bar built around Southern classics and house originals — think Sazeracs, Vieux Carrés, and Ramos Gin Fizzes done right, alongside our own creations. We care about technique, hospitality, and consistency behind the bar, and we're looking for someone who takes the same pride in a well-built drink that we do.
What You'll Do
Prepare classic and house cocktails to spec, with speed and consistency during peak hours
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station
Guide guests through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge
Batch syrups, juices, and infusions ahead of service
Manage a cash/POS drawer accurately
Collaborate with the team on current menu development and seasonal specials
Uphold all responsible alcohol service and health code standards
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience bartending in a high-volume or craft cocktail setting
Strong command of classic cocktail recipes, techniques (shaking, stirring, muddling, building), and proper glassware/garnish
Speed and composure under pressure without cutting corners
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Basic knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and flavour pairing
Valid responsible beverage service certification (or willingness to obtain one)
Reliable availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to have: experience developing original cocktails, familiarity with POS systems, wine or beer knowledge.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 35.0 per week
