Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Receptionist/Assistant. If you have experience as a Dental Receptionist but no assisting experience, we will teach you!
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and handle check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm
Schedule appointments accurately using Tracker dental practice management software
Prepare and update patient records using electronic medical records systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with administrative tasks including billing, insurance verification, and processing payments
Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms and assisting with patient flow as needed
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
Experience
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical/dental office setting is required
Familiarity with Tracker practice management software is a robust advantage
Knowledge of dental terminology, tooth numbers and dental insurance codes is required
Strong administrative skills with experience managing insurance submissions, electronic records and office documentation organization skills
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
