Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
Support tradespeople by fetching tools, supplies, and equipment as needed
Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear
Help with site cleanup, waste removal, and organizing materials for productive workflow




Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision when required
Report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors to ensure a safe work environment

Experience
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labour is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
