Flexo is currently seeking a Service Technician in Niagara Falls, ON. Ideally we are looking for people that consider themselves handy.
Install dispensing equipment for current and existing customers in our commercial laundry and ware-wash division
Repairing and servicing cleaning equipment, installing and maintaining laundry and ware-wash equipment
Provide excellent customer service to our existing customer base as well as training to the end-user on the system
Recommend various products based on customer needs
Complete all required paperwork on a timely basis and maintain inventory levels
Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions
Requirements:
Industry related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa
Previous business to business commercial sales or outside sales experience
Light construction experience a plus
Enthusiasm and self-motivation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision
G class drivers license
Must be able to provide police background check for vulnerable sector
Technical experience an asset
Must be available Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and rotational weekend coverage Job Type: Full-time with Perks, Company Vehicle and Company Cell Phone
