Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role requires solid communication skills, food industry knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are highly preferred. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. This position offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills and grow within the food service industry.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant workplace preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and making change accurately
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor and skilled appearance
Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and guest services is advantageous
