Marketing Manager – Boutique Commercial Real Estate

Calgary, AB | Full-Time

We’re a brand-new boutique commercial real estate company in Calgary, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help build our brand from the ground up.

This is an exciting chance for someone who is creative, agile, proactive, and entrepreneurial — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, thinks on their feet, stays one step ahead, and wants to play a key role in an exciting new venture.

What You’ll Do
Manage and grow our social media presence
Create engaging marketing materials and digital content
Coordinate signage requests and marketing campaigns
Prepare listing proposals and presentations
Assist with property marketing and promotional initiatives
Handle general marketing administration and coordination
Help develop and maintain our brand identity
Identify recent ideas and opportunities to improve our marketing efforts
Work closely with the team to support listings, clients, and business development
Take on a variety of projects as we grow — no two days will necessarily look the same

What We’re Looking For
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Commercial real estate experience is a strong asset




A solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry is a huge bonus
Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and presentation
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
Someone who can move quickly, solve problems, and think on their feet
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, energetic personality with a “let’s figure it out” attitude
Someone who wants to be part of building something new — not just maintaining the status quo
