Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work setting.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Perform general site cleanup and maintenance to ensure a safe working setting
Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
Operate manual tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times
Assist in setting up work areas for different projects or tasks
Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and materials

Requirements
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
Solid work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail




Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation to reach the work site regularly
