Duties
Assist with planting, pruning, mowing, and general garden care to ensure lush, healthy landscapes
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks
Support construction activities such as installing features, setting up irrigation systems, and preparing sites for planting or hardscaping
Maintain landscape features by performing routine upkeep including edging, mulching, and weed control
Help with the installation and repair of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and plant health
Conduct routine inspections of landscape areas to identify maintenance needs or potential issues




Support equipment maintenance and basic mechanical repairs to keep tools and machinery in optimal condition

Requirements
Prior experience with construction or landscaping work is preferred but not mandatory; a robust willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening practices, and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus
Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other machinery is desirable but not required
Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry materials regularly
Robust teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
