Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive repair and bodywork, with a strong focus on restoring vehicles to their original condition. This role involves performing repairs, refinishing, and detailing work on a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. The Auto Body Technician will work in a fast-paced environment that values precision, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Repair and restore vehicle bodies following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to remove dents, replace panels, and perform structural repairs
Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, grinding, and masking
Apply paint, primer, and finishing touches to ensure a seamless appearance
Conduct inspections to identify additional repair needs and communicate findings effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency




Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes
Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations during repair processes

Qualifications
Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and body components
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
Experience with automotive refinishing techniques is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Mechanic experience is advantageous but not required
Physical ability to lift heavy parts and perform manual tasks for extended periods
