Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and service flow
Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
Oversee food handling, cooking, and food safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards
Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS systems accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards
Assist with interviewing and onboarding recent team members to build a strong workforce
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed




Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks during busy periods when necessary

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality environments
Robust leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Ability to manage cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly
Experience in interviewing, training, and developing team members in a fast-paced setting
Kitchen experience including food handling, cooking, bartending or barista skills is a plus
Demonstrated ability to lead by example while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

Pay: $16.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
