Duties
Supervise children during their time in the indoor play area, ensuring safe play practices are followed at all times
Engage with children and parents to promote fun activities and answer questions about the facility
Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to any incidents or concerns to prevent injuries or accidents
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play space, including sanitizing equipment regularly
Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling cash transactions when necessary
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment




Support food service operations if applicable, including taking orders, handling cash, and ensuring food safety standards are met

Experience
Prior experience working with children in a childcare, hospitality, or customer service setting is highly preferred
Strong public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests of all ages and provide instructions or safety guidelines confidently
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences in a fast-paced setting
Experience with cash handling and basic food service operations is advantageous
Knowledge of hospitality best practices to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable during their visit
Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and proactive throughout shifts while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
