Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will ensure guests feel valued and comfortable, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor as they arrive, making them feel welcomed and appreciated
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Maintain waitlists, estimate wait times, and communicate clearly with guests about their seating status
Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about reservations and wait times
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
Keep the host station organized, clean, and stocked with necessary materials




Assist in handling guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold high standards of hospitality

Qualifications
Prior experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable
Solid communication skills with an emphasis on clear, friendly interaction
Knowledge of food service operations and restaurant procedures
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Previous hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $16.35 per hour
