Responsibilities
Operate radiographic equipment to produce transparent, detailed images of patients’ internal structures
Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
Follow strict safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate imaging techniques
Maintain detailed records of procedures, patient information, and equipment calibration logs
Assist in the maintenance and proper functioning of imaging equipment through routine checks and troubleshooting
Adhere to all health, safety, and confidentiality regulations throughout every procedure
Requirements
Proven experience as an MRT or CLXT in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to radiography and patient care
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to patients
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy
Certification or licensure as required by local health authorities or regulatory bodies
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift patients or equipment when necessary, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
