Join Our Kitchen Team

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking cook to join our team at Bâton Rouge Kanata. If you take pride in your food, work well in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoy being part of a strong team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to Bâton Rouge recipe and presentation standards
Run your station efficiently during service (grill, sauté, broil, or garde manger)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
Receive, rotate, and store product using proper FIFO practices
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a great guest experience
Assist with prep, opening and closing duties, and scheduled cleaning tasks

What We're Looking For
Previous line cook or full-service restaurant experience preferred
Comfortable working in a high-volume, quick-paced workplace
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one)




Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and works well under pressure
Positive attitude and strong work ethic—we value teamwork and professionalism

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
