Are you passionate about helping others live independently at home? ReclaimCare Concierge Services is looking for caring, reliable Healthcare Aides to support seniors and adults with daily living, companionship, and dignity.
What You’ll Do:
Help clients with personal care—bathing, dressing, grooming, and more.
Support mobility, transfers, and exercise as needed.
Prepare easy meals, provide medication reminders, do light housekeeping, and offer friendly conversation.
Monitor and report health or safety changes—your observations matter.
Encourage independence, comfort, and quality of life every day.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working within a homecare setting, and/or congregate living setting
PSW Certificate within Ontario (highly preferred).
Patience, empathy, and a sense of humour.
Outstanding communication skills and a team spirit.
Flexibility—work some evenings/weekends if needed.
Must have reliable transportation
Be up to date all required immunziations
Provide a Police Check with Vulnerable Sector
