This energetic position involves performing comprehensive cleaning and facilities maintenance tasks to ensure our spaces meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
Maintain facilities by inspecting for maintenance issues and reporting repairs needed to ensure safety and functionality
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables to ensure continuous availability
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe environment for all occupancy.
Keep detailed records of cleaning schedules,



maintenance activities, and supply inventories for accountability

Experience
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures and facilities maintenance practices is advantageous
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers is a plus
Robust attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying areas needing attention
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete daily tasks within scheduled shifts

Pay: $255.00 per week
