We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Flooring Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind accurate project estimates and seamless coordination of flooring installation projects. Your energetic approach will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Visit clients' homes and job sites to take accurate measurements and assess project requirements.
Calculate square footage and material quantities for flooring projects.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations using Measure square.
Meet with clients to review quotes, discuss product selections, and finalize project details.
Coordinate with installers and conduct site meetings when required to review job specifications and expectations.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and suppliers.
Ensure all project details are documented accurately and communicated effectively to the installation team.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in the flooring industry.
Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, and industry standards.
Ability to accurately measure and calculate square footage.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer software.
Proficiency with Measure Square estimation software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Professional, polite, and presentable when meeting clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver's license
