Yokai Tapas & Bar is a lively tapas and sake bar in Richmond looking for friendly and energetic servers to join our team. If you enjoy working in a quick-paced restaurant, meeting new people, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
Pay: $17.85/hour + tips
Servers typically earn $25-$30/hour including tips depending on the shift.
What you’ll do:
Provide warm and attentive service to guests
Take food and drink orders and deliver items efficiently
Explain menu items and make recommendations
Help maintain a clean and organized dining area
Work together with the team during busy service
What we’re looking for:
Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable and able to work lunch evening and weekend shifts
Ability to carry trays and assist with restocking when needed
