We are a friendly and patient-focused outpatient clinic dedicated to providing quality care in a supportive environment. We’re looking for a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on 4 days a week must be able to work Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering and triaging phone calls from patients and other providers
Sending referrals to specialists
Assisting with communication between physicians and pharmacies
Performing nursing duties, including:
Injections
Wart treatments
Ear flushes
Pap smears
Facilitating completion of patient forms and paperwork

Qualifications:
Current LPN license with CLPNA (required)
Good communication and organizational skills
Friendly, skilled demeanor
Willingness to learn – training will be provided
