Overview:Must Have PSW Certificate We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated UCP (Unlicensed Care Provider) to join our team. The UCP will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, focusing on home care and senior care services. Duties: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of clients - Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior Qualifications: - Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living,



or nursing home settings - Knowledge of home care practices and senior care principles - Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to individuals in need - Solid communication and interpersonal skills - Certification in medication administration is a plus Joining our team as a UCP offers the prospect to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
