Job Summary
We are a small construction company based in Northumberland County, seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our team. We are specifically looking for candidates with a proven background in renovations (painting, drywall and carpentry). Qualifications:
High proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Experience measuring and cutting lumber
Experience installing cabinets, tiling, flooring, trim, doors, etc.
Proven experience in painting techniques
Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols and listen to instructions carefully
Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship




Physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Must be able to commit to full time employment
Must have positive customer service knowledge
