Duties
Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food with enthusiasm and professionalism
Prepare a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and specialty sushi rolls, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
Manage the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area efficiently to ensure timely service
Maintain a clean, organized workspace by sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly




Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience that exceeds guest expectations

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Experience in sushi roll making or willingness to learn specialized skills in roll creation
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices
Robust serving skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
