Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) to support our educators in providing a high-quality childcare program. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate programs and activities
Support children’s emotional, physical, and social development
Maintain a secure, clean, and organized classroom environment
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities




Assist with daily routines such as meals, toileting, and rest periods
Communicate effectively with team members and families
Follow all licensing regulations and centre policies

Qualifications
ECA certificate or relevant experience in childcare
Knowledge of child development principles
Valid First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, patient, and nurturing attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
