We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented and reliable Medical Reports Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing medical reports in detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards, to ensure that our reports are held to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
The key functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
Complete a detailed review of medical reports before submission to referral source for case details, inclusion of proper questions, clinical consistency, use of proper definitions from SABS/AMA Guides/policy definitions, spelling/grammar, consensus, and formatting
Ensure report timelines are met and facilitate adherence to the timelines
Generate a summary of multidisciplinary reports if required
Communicate with assessors regarding feedback, questions, or clarification required
Communicate with other internal departments to gather information as needed
Skills Required
Solid multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Working knowledge of the SABS regulations and related forms, including Minor Injury Guideline/Medical and Rehabilitation advantages, Specified Advantages is advantageous but not required
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Detail-oriented, responsive, meticulous
Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and maintain high quality standards
Qualifications
Experience in reviewing Insurer’s Examination reports is advantageous but not required
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Regulated Health Professional preferred -ie Kinesiologist

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
