POSITION DESCRIPTION:

District Unin, located in Lachenaie, is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks
Be available to respond to emergencies
Clean entryways and common areas
Clear and salt the entrances
Keep the work workplace clean
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintain property areas and systems
Make service calls




Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
Preventive maintenance on equipment
Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
Taking out the trash

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
