Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment
Help with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with safety standards
Support in serving food to guests or customers as needed
Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and ingredients




Ensure all kitchen tools and utensils are properly cleaned and stored after use
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, or weekends if required
A positive attitude and willingness to learn recent skills related to kitchen operations
