Sweet-o-one is looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Front of House Associate to join our team.

This is a daytime position combining morning store preparation and order organization with customer service once the store opens.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes initiative and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team.

Responsibilities
Preparing and organizing customer orders and pickups
Setting up the store and front-of-house area for opening
Serving customers and processing payments
Answering phones and taking cake and pastry orders
Packaging cakes, pastries and other products
Preparing coffee and espresso-based drinks
Maintaining displays and keeping the front clean, stocked and organized
Assisting with packaging, order preparation and other front-of-house tasks during quieter periods

Self-directed and able to notice what needs to be done
Comfortable using a POS system and basic computer/tablet applications
Comfortable working in a busy customer-service setting

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, a café or bakery is preferred. Bakery experience is not required, and training will be provided.
