Responsibilities

Ensure proper medication storage, labeling, and documentation following regulatory standards




Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as needed in collaboration with healthcare teams
Maintain comprehensive patient records and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and policies
Educate patients on medication adherence, administration techniques, and health management strategies

Requirements
Valid OCP pharmacist license required
Proven ability to provide excellent patient care with attention to detail and safety standards
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education
