Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and cooking to support the kitchen team during busy service times
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistent quality and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Support food handling procedures, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients
Help with meal assembly, plating, and garnishing to ensure timely delivery of orders
Ensure all food service activities comply with health regulations and safety protocols




Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold the restaurant’s standards

Skills
Experience in food service or restaurant environments demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations
Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices
Ability to assist with food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly efficiently under supervision
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced setting
Basic understanding of serving techniques and customer service principles
Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry and kitchen support roles
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
