Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, cashier station, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist in food handling and basic food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times for guests
Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrating guest-focused service excellence
