Duties
Perform qualified nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and preferences
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Upsell retail products such as nail care products.
Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive experience
Assist with retail sales efforts by promoting available products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
Experience
Proven experience as a nail technician with strong skills in nail care techniques and body waxing procedures
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within the beauty industry
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
Prior experience in customer service roles within a spa or salon environment is preferred
Familiarity with retail sales strategies to promote products and services effectively
