The Role
As a Recent Home Sales Consultant, you’ll help clients find the right home and guide them through the buying process from their first visit to possession.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and connect with potential homebuyers
Build strong relationships with clients
Present floorplans, pricing, features, and communities
Help clients with purchase agreements and paperwork
Host and maintain show homes
Follow up with leads and manage client communication
Provide an excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Friendly and confident personality
Solid communication and people skills
Organized and reliable
Comfortable working independently
Sales, real estate, or customer service experience is an asset
Available to work weekends and show-home hours
Passionate about helping people find their new home
