Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide in office activities
Monitor quality control measures to ensure work meets project specifications and standards
Assist with construction estimating and budgeting to support project planning and resource allocation
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting
Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and maintain a protected working environment




Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track

Experience
Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
Extensive construction experience across various trades and project types
Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar tools
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality standards
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices in construction management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and solve problems proactively

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
