Overview:

Franico's Ristorante is looking for a skilled, experienced server to join our passionate Italian restaurant team.

The ideal candidate has:
Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant
A valid Smart Serve certificate
Basic knowledge of Italian wine and cocktails
Basic barista/espresso knowledge
Excellent communication and guest-service skills
A positive attitude and qualified appearance
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
A genuine passion for hospitality and Italian food & wine
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with food safety regulations
Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally,



resolving issues promptly to uphold excellent guest services
