Position Overview
As an Auto Lube Technician, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance services while providing outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in quick-service automotive maintenance who is looking to grow within a supportive team workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform oilchanges and fluid maintenance services
Perform tire services including tire rotations, repairs, and installations
Perform brake inspections and brake service
Conduct basic vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance checks
Identify vehicle issues and clearly communicate service recommendations to customers
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times
Requirements
Previous lube technician or automotive service experience required
Experience with tire service and brake service preferred
Solid basic automotive knowledge and mechanical skills
Robust communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
Reliable transportation and consistent punctual attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
