Position Overview:
We’re looking for a individual interested in getting into the metalworking trade Fabrication, Welding, Machining, Millwrighting. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for hands-on learning and advancement. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and want a future in the trades, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Assist in fabrication, machining, and general shop duties
Help with equipment repairs and assembly, painting
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Support field installations and service work as needed
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Learn and grow within the trade with guidance from senior tradespeople
Lean implementation

Qualifications:




Interest in the metalworking, mechanical, or trades field
Experience working on projects at home, in high school, or college courses is a must.
Basic hand tools is a must.
Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
Learning at home.
Comfortable with basic hand tools and shop equipment
Valid driver’s license.
