Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Afternoon Baker to join our vibrant team! Duties
Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, and specialty items with precision and care
Decorate cakes and desserts creatively to meet customer specifications and enhance visual appeal
Handle food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling products efficiently
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout all stages of food handling and baking processes
Package baked goods carefully for display or take-out orders, ensuring freshness and presentation quality
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and workstations to ensure a safe environment




Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed

Qualifications
Proven experience in baking, cake decorating, or food preparation within a bakery or restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Strong skills in kitchen tasks such as cooking, baking, and food industry best practices
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or wholesale purposes is a plus
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
