Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless workplace
Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare and maintain supplies needed for cleaning tasks while ensuring eco-friendly practices are followed
Organize cluttered areas to optimize space and enhance overall home aesthetics
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and addressing specific cleaning requests with professionalism




Communicate effectively with clients to schedule appointments and confirm cleaning requirements
Maintain safety standards by using cleaning equipment properly and adhering to health protocols at all times

Experience
Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus for serving diverse clients
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry processes, and basic hospitality practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork
